The work began on a typical one bedroom flat in a postwar structure one year prior.
With two balconies planted on opposite sides of the building, one facing the street
and the other facing an inner courtyard,
the extra space was used for the extension of a guest room and kitchen area.
Because the maximization of space was a primary concern, we
utilized and incorporated every millimeter they could while crafting the home.
With the entire structure begun afresh, they were set loose to conceive
a new floor plan. The design included one bedroom, a bathroom, and a dressing
room, with the remainder of the interior sharing a single large open space.
