Family house located in Cantabria, Spain, designed by Luis Fernández and Elena Fernández Vallejo Estébanez architects. This comfortable house with large windows looks brand new, but it is not. It was an old house, inhabited only on holiday for their owners. The idea was to make it as comfortable as their residence. The aim was to transform the house into a modern home, environmentally friendly. The result is so fresh and stylish!
